Narrative is defined as a spoken or written account of connected events; a story... another take on the definition is a representation of a particular situation or process in such a way as to reflect or conform to an overarching set of aims or values.
The context of this conversation is involving the overarching set of values. Conversations between cultures are necessary. In order for peace to be present there must be understanding. And that can't happen with confronting an issue through the medium of conversation.
In addition to a narrative within a culture, there's also a narrative that each individual is governed by. We usually set our personal narrative based on what's observed around us. Then the narrative within the person is transferred to other people. Often times, this is communicated through a business idea or brand. Understand that your business is also communicating a narrative. It will either contribute to or shape the mindset of the observer or the patron of your business. We all either create narratives or contribute to existing narratives.

| 1:10.8 | No, it doesn't feel good. Okay. David has created this narrative in his head that stepping a foot |
| 1:19.1 | into the gym, capturing content of the equipment in the gym. He literally goes with his phone and he |
| 1:26.5 | says, Oh, this equipment looks interesting. Let's not as complicated. Let's go over here to this |
| 1:32.4 | equipment. Oh, yeah, that looks interesting. That's exactly how it works. But him stepping foot in |
