Scimitations, Dr. Z. It's Sunday's in. I don't know what that was. I just wanted to go live I took a month off making videos it's the it was the best

clearly cleansed out the system and just made space in my system to feel all the incredible amounts of

anger and rage that I generally suppress. So I wanted to talk today a little bit about anger because yeah it's a really

interesting emotion it's an ancient emotion it's a primal emotion it's as old as my

friend Ishwar Seagabin says his YouTube channel a sense without mind to definitely check him out. He's been on my show too

He says anger has been around as long as the sense of a separate self has it's an ancient

very primitive defense emotion, boundary

defense and a sense of actually protecting the fundamental identity that

you're a separate self navigating a world and

anger is the kind of mechanism to do that so we'll get into it but today it's

interesting I'm able to simulcast to YouTube and Facebook live,

so I'll be pulling comments from both streams

if I can figure out how the hell to make this work.
