a conversation about you, specifically who you are, what you were created to do, where

you want to do that and then how do you get there?

We're talking about working on purpose.

We're talking about going from looking at work as a paycheck to working at work as

purpose.

So you were created on purpose.

You were created to work, some of you were going, oh, that feels gross.

That should tell you that you're not in your sweet spot.

You're not working on purpose.

But if I tell you that you were created to contribute, you go, okay, now that I can

get into that because everybody wants to help people.

I really want to make a difference.

Many times what people call this program and they'll say, can I need your help?

I have no idea what I want to do with my life.

And I'll say, you have no ideas at all.

Well, I just want to help people.

To which I say, well, we're all going to the human race.
