Give it up. Thank you. So I brought back up because there's going to be some, we're going to get deep in the weeds, I'm sure, when we start talking about the application of some of these things. And so I'm going to make sure that I've got people here in the room that can get deep in the weeds with you. Because I'm the, just forgive the statements here, but I got wizards behind the curtain. I'm the smoke mirrors and bullshit. I just come out and give you all the high-level data, right? Exactly. So, high-level data. So I've got with me, Ellen Schmidt, who's been with me for 14 years, 14 years. We've worked together to build this in an industry that didn't like this. And then we've got Saundra, who's worked with us for the last, it's got to be 11, oh come on 10 years, in the underwriting space. Have you guys ever heard the term underwriter? Yep. Usually there's said the last week of the deal, you got to close in three, four days, but yet this underwriter, who's kind of a jackass, wants all this extra paperwork, right? They want this, they want that, and it's preventing you from closing.

It's not that the underwriter who really sucks is that the person who started the transaction sucks.
