How easy is that word for you to say to others?

Do you feel responsible for how other people feel and burdened if you think someone is angry

with you?

Well, a people pleaser is one of the nicest and most helpful people imaginable, but the

eagerness to please others often stems from feelings of low self-worth.

The amount of energy you spend seeking approval by pleasing people should be in contrast with

the healthy increased desire to please God and seek His approval.

That will decrease your desire to seek approval from the world.

The theme of this meditation from Galatians 1 is approval, finding approval by finding

your identity in Christ and not the world.

So to begin your meditation, slip into a time and space of trust and consent to surrender

this very moment to God, Spirit, and Son.

Starting in the divine rock, the Holy Fortress, and the eternal stronghold of God.

Start by listening and responding to this prayer from Ephesians 6 and Colossians 3 and

respond to Heavenly Father.
