Hello, my level up family. I love you all so much and my heart is so full and grateful to be on this journey with all of you. So last week we went over 11 comparisons of leading

versus managing. And this week we're continuing when we go over 11. And so here's my prayer

that you're getting a light bulb moment when you're hearing these comparisons, because those aha

moments that suddenly awaken your soul, they're going to inspire you to change. And I do believe

more often that we never intend to manage. I believe that

the goal is to lead. But leading comes from growth. Leading is influence. Leadership is serving
