I am, without making it sound too serious and heavy, I think I might have had a panic attack this

I've taken on a lot more sort of work outside Coldahawk than I normally would.

And it's been the last couple of weeks.

It just feels like all my time has been taken up by doing, if not a job for Project A, something for Project B, some of Project B, Project Z. Budget Ring and out and stuff came up very last minute that I really wanted to do. And I had a moment this week where I'd been up since like about three o'clock, like doing some stuff in the morning. So I slept in. And I got to the end of the day and I thought, I'm going to have like an hour

lie down before Alex comes home, just kind of just some bit more human. And for whatever reason,

like my phone didn't stop dingin for different people. Oh, I need to do this for this. Oh,

could you check that for that? Oh, can I book you for this? Are you free to do that?

And I just, and I, and then a friend of mine message through and just said, Hey, mate, are you being, having heard from you? Are you free next week? And I was just like, I don't know if I, and I'm looking at my diagram, and I don't know if I am. And I just felt like this in my chest here. I just felt it palpitating and it was horrible.

And it was horrible.

And it was a bit of a wake-up call to go,
