Along our journey of seeking discomfort in the past six years, we've experienced a lot

Although food might not seem like a daunting discomfort, it is something we all interact

with several times a day.

In our case, Amar who usually likes his sweets and myself who has refused to eat any fast

food since watching the documentary supersives me 12 years ago, decided that for each of

us to experience something completely different, we'd eat the opposite of our regular diets.

Amar would cut out all sugars, dessert, processed food, and exclusively eat healthy for an entire

week.

And me, on the other hand, would eat nothing but processed foods.

I feel terrible.

I feel like a sausage.

Now I'm a f***ing cheeseburger.

That was a clip of me after eating nothing other than fast food for a week.

And needless to say, I needed a salad.

The more importantly, we found that the exercise got us thinking more about our diets in general.
