AI to create fake content, spread disinformation, and launch cyber attacks.

China, Russia, and other countries are using AI to probe U.S. systems, steal data, compromise

infrastructure systems, and manipulate information flows at unprecedented scale.

The United States, in turn, is scrambling to protect its power grids and financial networks

from cyber attacks and malware while seeking to blunt digital propaganda designed to divide and deceive the public.

The question remains, however, whether Washington is acting fast enough with the right tools

to blunt the threat that the weaponization of AI poses to America's security, prosperity, and democracy.
