Take all your money and then what are you going to use it for? Well half of it, 60 billion,

would go to Ukraine. It was for

as much aid to Ukraine as it was for border security.

And by the way, as I told you, of the 18 billion in the border security category.

It wasn't border security.

It was money for non-governmental organizations.

These are the people who bring them up here. These are the people who bring

them up the Darien Gap. These are the people who give them the maps and the phones.

There was money for the cities because we got to make the cities happy, right? we got to make the mayors of New York

and Chicago happy because if they turn against us we might lose those states and the

answer for the mayors of Chicago and New York is not closed the border. The answer is,

give us some more money. Because remember, this is hard for some people to grasp.
