Woo! It's so nice. I'm wearing the long sleeves today. You want to know why? You want

to know why? I'm going to tell you why. Because last night, it dropped into the 50s. It's

going to be like 80 degrees here in the Valley and Scottsdale, Arizona, which, I mean, we

came through, this was a rough summer for us, an entire month of above 110 degree weather,

most of those pushing 120 degrees. And you start questioning your choices. And I remember

my wife and I, we left for Portugal for a little while for that because we had to do this

wedding thing and just made a little trip out of it. And then we came back and it was still

hot and it was all the way through June or August and even most of September was just brutal.

But I knew if we can get through those three months, it's really normally middle of

June to middle of September is when it's really rough. And if you can get through that,

then you're going to get nine months of just the most amazing weather that you can have

with, you know, and that's what we're at now. So I left all the windows open last night.

I woke up to 62 degrees in the house. It was freezing. It was wonderful. And yeah. And

we also got something for you, Dan. We got sports in town. We got game three of the World

Series. This is how bad I am with, with the sports is that we had been, we'd gone to games

really early in the season. And of course, I kind of looked at the diamond backs the way

I've always looked at the royals before they won the World Series. It's like, yeah, you

can show up anytime and seats behind the dugout or 20 bucks a pop because the diamond

backs suck. And then lo and behold, they end up in the World Series. And I didn't even
