is working conditions, the work environment, the mental health around work.

I mean, this is just a big deal because the workforce is changing rapidly.

This is moving, moving, moving.

People are moving and they're looking for the better fit, the better feel.

And a four day work week is something that I think it's beginning kind of in the space,

the new space that I'm paying attention to the workspace, HR stuff, shifting company

policies as it relates to remote work with more and more hybrid models where we want you

to get in the office but not as much as before.

So we'll let you do remote but you got to come in some, that's the hybrid model.

I think all this is leaning towards a lot of companies trying to find this middle ground

as relates to a hybrid work environment.

And that environment, I mean, excuse me, the middle ground is a four day work week.

I think you're going to see it more and more.

Now, it's not a new concept if we just set the context for a moment.
