Hey, how's it going, everybody?

So today we're going to be talking about if we're heading into a depression.

Yeah, that's kind of the new buzzword.

But I have some strong opinions on that.

But first, what did we do this weekend?

I was in Vegas.

Oh, that's right.

Went to Vegas to look at investments on the mailbox.

So it was a little post office type offsite mailbox.

Very interesting business.

You know, the mailboxes, I looked at three.

There are like 200 mailboxes in those little stores, but they charge anyway from $20 to $30 per

month. So that's kind of the base for covering the rent and all that stuff. So it's a very interesting

model once you get them but i had a good

time went up there with robert and we you know we spent all day driving around looking at these things and

just another way to you know look at passive income yep very similar to apartments just with mailboxes
