From Florida, Texas to little towns like Temecula, California, legislatures and school boards have banned what they call

But critical race theory is a complex system for analyzing the impact of institutional racism and

how individual racism is fed by and feeds into institutional racism and the impact that has

over time on people and communities. That is not something that is

studied in high school, junior high school, elementary school,

any public school in America.

It is something critical race theory is exclusively offered as a class in college law school, in graduate school, in law school.
