Zoom, spending hours with our colleagues, families, and friends attempting to normalize

the virtual space protecting us from a global pandemic.

For those of us with the privilege of working from home, we thought the remote and interconnected

world from behind a screen would keep us productive and connected to our company culture

and to each other.

But what if Zoom culture is actually killing our ability to create?
