| 1:08.0 | rabbit, his huge surprise, his big tax cut of abolishing the 45p rate was U-turned on this morning. |

| 1:19.0 | although this sort of central piece and very symbolic piece of public policy had been removed from it. |
| 1:25.0 | I mean, my takeaway from his speech is that he's very sorry. |

| 1:30.0 | Well, I'm not sure I'd commit to saying he won't do it again. |
| 1:35.0 | But having not paid any lip service whatsoever to fiscal discipline in his mini budget 10 days ago, |
| 1:41.0 | today we got just a double down on how fiscal responsible this government is going to be. |
