And the Minnesota Timberwolves are headed to Portland to face Damien Lillard and C.J. McCollum and the rest of the Portland Trailblazers on Thursday.

Portland has become a team that I've really oddly obsessed with over these past few years or two years, really, since they brought in David Van der Poohle.

I just think in my mind there are so many reasons to draw parallels between the two teams.

And just from a Timberwell standpoint to think that the next good version of the Timberwolves looks a lot like this Portland team or kind of the Portland team of the past two or three years.

You know, I just think the Blazers are kind of shaping up to be a proof of concept

for what Gerson Roses is trying to build in Minnesota.

So to talk about all this, to talk about my half-baked Blazers' wolves comparison,
