Patriots are not as dynamic as the Raiders are offensively, but back-to-back wins.

They've scored 25 plus points in four straight games.

And let's be honest about this.

They do a lot of things well.

They got one of the best kickers, the best coach, the best

offensive coordinator arguably, excellent O-line, solid running game. They don't turn the ball over.

You don't get a lot of penalties. Now, they don't, they're not very dynamic offensively,

but they can win the time of possession battle and they're out of the big mistake offense,

which Mack Jones' first five, six weeks,

he's a rookie. He's now completing 68% of his throws. When I watched him the last two weeks,

my takeaway is that is a playoff team. Not a great playoff team, not a Super Bowl winning team,

but they have become a playoff team.

I feel like the national narrative has gotten out ahead of the local narrative.

I think locally, certainly there's the Patriots, honks, and the Barstool crowd and all of that. But I think there's a lot of people who look at the Patriots and say, no. No, they're not there and I'm not sure. And that wasn't that perfect of an outing last week in L.A. They did a lot of things wrong. Some have even given the Patriots partial credit for that victory.

Yep.

Not full credit. So I think locally there's more of a conversation about what they are and where they're going. Nationally, I think people took a look at that game, guys like Colin and others that will play for you later on, looked at that and said, well, that's it. Patriots are back. And I think locally we're not quite as convinced. every time we play that comment
