I became a Mike Vrabble super fan.

That to me is the most perfect messaging that you could possibly conceive of and deliver to your football team, who are you are the in the first year of coaching as you look to rebuild and turn around a once

great but recently sad program when you go on the road after the franchise's biggest win in

half a decade and they don't play perfectly they don't play to the best of their abilities

and they may have even uh who knows gotten away with one as me As Megan Annalie just told us, the one word she would use to describe today's game was a bit concerning. Didn't care for it. And Vrable says, you know, and Vrable says, no, no, no, no, no. You get to celebrate this. You won the game. I'm never not going to celebrate a win. Yes, it wasn't perfect. He wants better. He knows if he tells them it's okay to celebrate, but that he still loves them, that they're going to get better. Andy, you're getting like, he's not John Wooden or even Prime Belichick by any stretch. He's his own man. He's his own coach.

But this is a clinic to me right now.
