Today, I'm going to be talking about what is, I don't think it's like a hot button issue,

but I think it's a really interesting issue or an interesting question to ask at least.

And that is the Packers have seemed to want to cross-train a lot of their players.

And versatility is really sort of one of their key tenets, one of their keys to success.

But one of the things I was thinking about the other day, just spending my time aimlessly

thinking about Packers things as I am off to do. And then I was also asked about it in a recent

members-only Q&A. So I figured maybe today we could expound upon it a little bit.

And that question is, are the Packers maybe doing too much cross-training?

And are they not allowing players to get really good at maybe one specific position?

Are they focusing too much on versatility, too much on moving people around to different

spots, and not enough on mastery,

not enough on technique at, again, that one spot where they could be really good in one specific
