You probably know if you're watching this video,

and you're probably aware of the fact that I wrote a book called Cold Case

Christianity.

And in that book, I really take a look at the reliability of the gospel eyewitness authors

using the same template that I would use with any set of eyewitnesses in any kind of a cold case trial or cold case investigation.

But a lot of folks have kind of come back and said, well, wait a minute, is that even legitimate

to begin with?

Given that why would you think that these Gospels are being offered as eyewitness accounts.

In fact, there's a kind of a rich skeptical history of people who would deny that the

Gospels are eyewitness accounts to begin with.

And if that's the case, you certainly couldn't use any template you might use to evaluate eyewitnesses would not be

appropriate for this kind of an investigation but I think there is good reason to

believe that and this is one of those things again you last

week we made a case for case making sometimes when you're making a case
