Thanks for this opportunity. Appreciate it. It's good to have you on. I'll be honest. I think you're our first guest from West Virginia. And it's a state that even though I pleased in Baltimore, about the only place I ever went to in West Virginia was Harper's Ferry.

1:14.8	It doesn't represent the whole state.
1:16.7	And it's a very diverse state.
1:19.0	I've had several guests on from Chicago area, Chicago PD.

1:26.6	You just retired not that long ago, correct?
1:30.1	I did.
1:30.7	I became chief in 2015 and just stepped down this June.
1:36.2	Well, congratulations on your retirement for Chicago PD and also for, is it retired from the police chief position or you just said that's it I've had enough?
1:45.3	Well, you know, it wasn't a sudden decision.
