today. This is the last day of winter. Spring officially begins tomorrow. New York opens restaurants,

all that stuff, 50% tonight. Connecticut goes to 100% today. Now they still say you got to spread the

tables out six feet, so that makes it difficult

for a lot of smaller places to actually get 100% in there, but 100%.

Now, it may sound a little crazy to some people.

Connecticut's the first northeastern state to fully open it up.

But it happens today.

And the whole state's in the hospital?
