Hello again, I'm Armin Alney, and this is To the Point from Public Radio International.

A daily look at the issues, Americans care about most.

Fair game is what one Republican group calls Michelle Obama, leading her husband to demand that his critics lay off my wife.

Cindy McCain says spouses and families should not be fair game.

But Mrs. Obama has taken a lot more media heat, even from Mrs. McCain.

On to the point, if they get to the White House,

they are likely to play different roles and project different images.

Is that what makes for differing treatment?
