is looking at them while they're talking to the girls and I can get that that's

almost like a form of public speaking right because people are watching you you know act or do something and it can be

Come pretty pretty anxious moment when you're trying to do that. So I discuss what that's like

and how to get over that in this audio that I recorded with permission from my student that I took out many years ago.

I thought this was really cool and not only was it really cool,

but I know that this is again something that a lot of guys have trouble with.
