I have a problem with irrational fears that whenever things seem to be going well, I always tend to dwell on what could go wrong instead of when things are going well.

Well, wait a minute. All those fears are not irrational. Some of that stuff could happen.

Things do not go well all the time. And in one day things can go really well and then turn to poop.

It's an interesting perspective definitely something I hadn't thought about before but I don't know if it

Well, I think some thought of the negatives should happen so that you can plan.

How many negative situations have you made it through in your life? 100,000? How many do you think you've gotten through?
