Hi there, welcome along to the Sunday Supplement Podcast with me, Vihi Gommaso. Our Chief

reporter, Carve Sallicol is with me today alongside the Athletics Managed United Correspondent

Laurie Whitwell. We're here at Lent from Micheal Arteta ahead of their game with Managed

United who are no longer for sale. We discuss what's happening there. Who won the transfer

deadline day window? Carve and Laurie have their sale on that. Plus, a trio of hat tricks

Managed United. Where do you stand on this? There's lots going on, isn't there at the moment?

Yeah, big story. I mean, it's the overarching theme really for the past year since the Glazer's

put the club up for sale, a strategic review, as they also called it. But it's been something

that has been in the background the whole while, all throughout the summer transfer window.

And yeah, the mail on Sunday, I've written a report, Nick Harris and Alex Miller. Nick

Harris is a longstanding journalist on this kind of thing. Talking about how they don't

think that their value has been met by the bidding parties and they're going to take

the club off the market and they think that in a few years they can get maybe as much

as £10 billion. This has been something that I've heard myself, that there has been

sort of strong suggestions that Katar, St. Justin's bid, might have made progress in recent

weeks, but then on the same token, you hear sort of the responses that they haven't actually

heard much coming back from the Glazers and from Ray and the bank handling the sale.
