door so thank you so much COVID to make shit all awkward and shit I know but the good thing is

because they're actually doing construction.

Our house is getting closer to getting done

because they took like what, like a six month break?

Well, yeah, they had to stop because of COVID.

So whatever, however long we've been on lockdown,

I was like, because of this whole COVID thing,

what's kind of crazy is, you know how there's like certain industries that just

keep going? Some of them completely shut down right? For example at the gym industry.

Done. We completely shut down we just found a way as a state to I guess pivot which is to

have outdoor training. Yes. But real estate, commercial real estate where the money's really at, they just keep going forward.

Like we were watching, like our personal construction would shut down, but we were still

seeing bulldozers straight up laying out land and constructing and I'm like damn I think it depends though right because like if they're building let's say a hotel right because we used to live in Monterey Park yeah Yeah. And then on, is it Atlantic? Yeah. So on Atlantic

Boulevard they're establishing a lot of hotels and already I thought that area was really, really
