Healing crystals are minerals or stones that are believed to have power and are used in alternative

medicinal practices. These crystals are believed to have unique vibrations and energies

that can promote healing and balance in the body, mind and spirit.

There are different types of healing crystals, each one with its own unique properties and uses.

Healing crystals are used in a variety of ways, such as carrying them in your pocket, wearing them as a jewelry,

placing them on specific areas in your body, or putting that on your body

as you're meditating, doing therapy, or incorporating them into a home decor for ritual practices.

Now we're dealing with, not just with stones, we're dealing with healing crystals.

Now the origin of healing crystals, it goes way, way, way back.

The idea of using crystals for healing goes back thousands of years ago to ancient civilizations

such as Egyptians, Greeks, and Romans who used gemstones for various purposes, including medicinal and spiritual ones.

Ancient Indian medical system used crystals and other minerals in medicine and spiritual practices.

In traditional Chinese medicine crystals were used in acupuncture to stimulate the body's

natural healing processes.
