So it's been a big week for national news today, which is Monday morning, as we taped

this.

It looks like the five month writer's guild strike here in Hollywood has come to a close

unblocking the audio visual entertainment production business, hooray and Detroit.

However, the United Auto Worker Strike is intensifying with President Joseph Robinette

Biden the second heading there to walk the picket line and Republican presidential front

runner Donald Trump opting to head there to speak with the strikers rather than participate

in the second GOP presidential debate Wednesday at the Reagan Library in Los Angeles.

Trump continues to dominate the primary race with his national polling lead, recently widening

to 44 percentage points.

That's a full Reggie Jackson over the free following runner up Florida governor Ron DeSantis,

if that is his real name.

Much more alarmingly for Democrats, the 45th president has of late been polling neck
