The Justice Department, this is a fascinating story that I just, you know, it's probably not a

big talk radio thing, but I did want to flag it for you. Many of these January six defendants have

been trying to get their sentences lowered and they are appealing it. But now here we've got the

Department of Justice appealing an 18 year sentence for Stuart Rhodes, Elmer Stewart Rhodes, the founder

of the Oathkeepers, because they're saying it's not long enough and not just him, they're going after

a number of these people who got these short sentences, mostly by this one judge, Judge Metta,

and Kelly Maggs was sentenced to 12 years and they're saying that's not long enough.

Rhodes Attorney, at his hearing, Rhodes said that he was a political prisoner and claimed that

the administration was out to get him and all this kind of stuff. I mean, there's a bunch of these

people now where the federal government is going in and this is, you know, Merrick Garland is going

in and saying, you know, yeah, okay, so they got a six months in jail or a year in jail or three years

in jail. That's not enough for trying to overthrow the government. I find it fascinating. It's not
