On Friday, I felt like the John Harbaugh to the Dolphins thing was a done deal.

It felt like Stephen Ross was clearing the deck to go out and get John Harbaugh and that they

had a GM opening and we had made the connection as many of the NFL insiders had that there's a general manager candidate

out in L.A. as a member of the Chargers organization working with Jim who had ties to John,

who was going to go be the GM because he had interviewed with Miami. And then all of a sudden,

bang, you're going to have this huge salary given to John Harbaugh.

Those two guys are going to work together, and he's going to go to Miami in a no-state

income tax state.

Well, things changed over the weekend because that guy who was linked to the Harbaugh's did not

take that job.

A member of the Green Bay Packers organization took that GM job down in Miami and started to cool off some of that conversation.

Then there were other reports about how John Harbour really likes Jackson Dart.

He's been studying tape of Cam Ward and Jackson Dart, and still the Giants are right at the top of that list.

Now, Ian O'Connor is someone that we have gone to many times to see what he is saying

because he is someone who is very plugged in and he's going to be a guy that's going to have

these things right.
