All right, so what are they talking about?

It sounds like something from this futuristic sci-fi Hollywood flick.

But believe it or not, some employees are voluntarily, even enthusiastically, taking their employers

up on the offer to implant tiny computer chips about the size of a grain of rice right into

their bodies. Yeah, it's true. Why would anyone want to do something so invasive with even

potential health risks? Why would any employee want to go along with it?

Well, most importantly, if your employer ever asked your permission to install a microchip directly in you, in your body,

what would you say? Would you even have a choice if you wanted to keep your job?

Well, some see this as the next logical step in

efficiency and productivity and security. Others warn it's the next step down the road to that

frightening 1984 Big Brother Society. So many people have warned us about for years. And think about

the implications of these chips. Can they be used to track employees?

Is this practice, as some people have said,

surveillance by convenience?

Is there potential sinister intent?
