Okay, let's dive right in.

That was the Bible thumping wingnut podcast that you just heard.

That was Lynn Pettus.

And he and I are, I would consider us friends to some degree. We have engaged with

one another on Google Hangouts and other things, and obviously he's a Calvinist and he disagrees

with me, and this link was sent to me because my name was invoked. But this podcast was like

a two-hour podcast, and they were discussing a lot of different issues. And the issue they're

discussing at this point in the podcast has to do with Tony Migno's controversial statement about Michael Brown not being a Christian because he's an Armenian. And they go back and forth. And to their credit, I think they're disavowing that kind of statement. They don't agree with that kind of conclusion.

And so they make a lot of, I think, valid points that are worth your while to listen to.

And I agree with a lot of what they say.

However, we oftentimes hear this accusation of misrepresentation brought to bear in these conversations.

We hear this oftentimes referred to as the straw man fallacy.
