0:09.0	So I've got an email from a guy.
0:11.0	He's in his early, I guess, mid-20s now.
0:14.0	And he says he's really struggled over the last 10 years of his life.
0:19.0	But he slowly turned his life around.
0:21.9	He said at one point he was doing a lot of drugs
0:25.0	and he was just in a really dark place.
0:28.3	But he's been slowly making incremental progress in his life.
0:33.0	So he's got a great job now.
0:35.3	He's got a great new girlfriend. And he says, what's interesting
0:39.6	is when he meets people, new people in his life, they treat him with respect, whereas when he
0:46.7	interacts with his old friends, they still see him as the old beta male that he used to be.
0:53.3	And he says, because of of this he says he's convinced
0:56.2	that alphas are made and not born so I got a quote on this topic and then we'll go
