Welcome to our Rosary meditation.

Let's begin in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.

Amen. Let's call to mind all those who have promised to pray for in a special way for Rick Mendoza.

And we pray for a young couple, George and Tracy.

They have been struggling to conceive, and so we'll have thousands of people praying the rosary for them, which will probably result in triplets.

Good luck with that.

And we continue to pray for the recovery of Little Olivia for Damien's healing and for the passing of the value them both amendment.

Now today is the feast of the Archangels, Michael, Gabriel, and Raphael.

We know from scripture and tradition there are nine groups of angels organized in three levels with three groups in each level.

The Serafim, Cherubim, and the Thrones, the highest level of the hierarchy, then come the

dominions, virtues and powers and closest to us are the principalities,

archangels, and the Angels.

Now the angelic hierarchy is a sacred order of angels who share in the knowledge and activity of God.

They in turn guide and convey knowledge to those angels

below them who in turn convey knowledge to us as well as guide and protect us.

As isn't the case of the archangels whom we celebrate today

and the guardian angels whom will celebrate on October 2nd.

An angelic choir is a vast number of angels

that share some common aspect of nature and function with other angels of the same choir.

Now there are three things that angels do for us. They fight against the powers of evil to defend us. They announce the will of

God to us and they help and heal us. And this corresponds to the three angels whose names we know.
