1:13.7	It behooves all of you to first decide how you want to be treated by others, and then to focus on how you can bring that energy to your self-talk, to yourself care, and to the way that you look at yourself.

1:33.6	This is how you master your relationships.
1:36.8	You master relationships by first making that relationship with yourself the most important one.

1:45.9	affection respect and everything else that you desire from a partner if you ask too much of yourself
1:52.7	in any situation you will likely see that reflection from a partner or even a friend you will find
1:58.7	that there is no end to what others will ask of you.
