So I know everybody wants to say Illinois, but it's sort of like calling Chicago Land Joliet or, you know, I don't know.

I mean, it's St. Louis.

Everybody knows it his gateway.

I'll say worldwide tech, I'll throw in a worldwide technology in there because they're naming the rights.

But, you know, it's, it's, whatever, whatever it is, we've seen a race that is a key playoff race here because now we think we have some answers about what is going to happen. Yes, we do. And some surprising, surprising answers at that, perhaps. So let's go through it. Jordan, how are you doing today? I'm well. I agree with you on the St. Louis.
