Today we'll be having a very very special episode because this is the 400th episode and I'm just kidding

There's nothing special about this episode.

Lindsay who is over our marketing is probably disappointed as she listens to this

but I found it funny because I saw that 400 was coming up I even alluded to it last week ever so slightly and my first thought was hey

400 episodes 400 weeks of a podcast scary to think about those of you that are joining us now and

have binge listened to three to five minute podcasts of me for 400 divided by 52 just shy of eight years.

There's something disturbing about that.

But that's pretty crazy if you've binge listening that much.

I can't even remember what I said last week let alone

eight years ago but for those of you that have been along the ride the whole time

thank you and for those you that are just coming along for the first time

thank you but don't go back

and binge list and that's creepy now for the 400th episode I thought it would be

very appropriate to talk about something that fits right in with this idea that this

episode is super special and that is the idea of

establishing arbitrary out of thin air out of left field lines milestones

markers goals milestones, markers, goals, and then seeing what happens.

So, we declared that 400 was a very special episode

and you can feel already that it is.
