April is one of my closest friends, and she is also the visionary and the founder of

a creative agency known as Crown and Conquer, and they work with brands to create experiences

and events to promote their products and share their stories.

It's an LA-based company, it's an independent agency that is forging a new path for excellence

for brands, rooted in authenticity and passion, not just money and perception.

April and I could talk all day.

We had a great conversation, and I hope you learn a thing or two.

And creative agency, exactly.

So April does a lot every day, and I just wanted to bring her on and talk about her experiences

because she's had such an incredible journey, so much triumph, so much success, so much

heartache.

It's a great story for anybody who is thinking about starting a business, wants to maybe

start a business.

She's just a really inspirational person, and I love her, and I learn a lot from her all

the time, and I'm hoping that anyone who listens to this can also learn things, so that's why
