We're the best! Hello everyone it's Jack from Cultaholic back again

with matches of the month what a jubilant cry I've just done. How whimsical!

I'm in a good mood. I've been off quite a lot from work, so this is like my first full week back in quite a while I took some time

off to do that big charity walk thank you to everybody who shared and donated by the

way that was amazing there's been like bank holidays and stuff it's been quite a fragmented period at work I guess

which means that I feel like I was really behind the times when it came to

everything post-Rassalmania so I'm still kind of catching up, getting back up the speed now.

So organizing this episode has been quite helpful in that regard.

That's right. It's time for matches of the month. April.

So it's been an interesting one because obviously I did that

WrestleMania special which you can still listen to if you didn't realize I was doing that I did a

a WrestleMania week special edition of matches of the month because there would have been way too many matches by the time April came to an end so this is kind of April minus

everything WrestleMania or WrestleMania week related however

certain promotions maybe dominate this month a little bit as opposed to others and I think

that you know WWE quite understandably saved a lot of their big blow-offs

their big matches and everything for WrestleMania so they've kind of wound down a bit in terms of the scale of

some of their matches and the builds and everything that's that's understandable

interestingly though I feel like the conversation around AEW has also not been as much as usual about what

amazing matches they're putting on and more about kind of stuff like you know how many tickets are they selling?

What's going on here with this person?

And I just wish we could get back to talking about the matches
