Our old friend, the lovely and talented April Bowley joins us. You know April from things like Drop Dead Diva, two and a half men, and of course, the slam and salmon. And we hadn't seen April in years. And it was a pleasure to see her

again. She's still as wonderful as always. And we had a great time catching up, having some

laughs. And this is why we do this podcast, right? It's a good excuse to catch up with old friends.

Before we get going, a little programming note, we were supposed to have some gigs this weekend in Winnipeg, north of the border.

But some problem at the club, some sort of flooding happened, and they had to shut the club down for a couple of weeks to fix it. So the shows have been postponed, not canceled, postponed. We've moved them to

the first weekend of November. So it's like November 6th, 7th, 8th. That's exactly what it is,

November 6th, 7th, and 8th, as I check it in Winnipeg. So if you have the tickets, hold

on to them, call the club, switch over to that weekend. We're coming, I promise. Just a little hiccup.

Act of God. Force majeal. But no, we're excited to come and we'll be there. So we apologize for that.

And then we're going to Arlington, Virginia.
