And I'm Jake Sherman, a playbook flashback 10 years ago yesterday. Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner

made a surprise stop in Beijing, which the FT called a clear sign that relations between China and the U.S.

were improving. Geithner on that trip told Bloomberg television, China was becoming more open to the world.

Compare that to today. If any foreign policy changes are emerging in the post-coronavirus era,

it's the desire to tangle with an inch away from China. Betsy Woodruff Swan scooped about

DOJ's focus on China. The CIA is engaged in sleuthing to try to figure out just how many people

died of COVID-19, which originated in the country. Gabby Orr is reporting this morning that

religious leaders are looking to smack China over its handling of the coronavirus,

and our reporting shows that the administration is intently interested in using the Phase 4 stimulus bill to begin shifting medical supplies away from China.

The Trump administration sent a letter to the Hill Tuesday requesting $251 billion in fresh small business lending authority.

This is scheduled to hit the Senate floor Thursday.

There are rumors of plenty that extraneous items are going to land in this bill.

Business has a lot of requested fixes to the Phase 3 bill, but our sources told us Tuesday night that it'll be limited to the new money for the paycheck protection program.

One question we have is,

where's Chuck Schumer? Schumer has been the most coy so far as House Democrats have all but

publicly embraced this infusion of cash. Stephen Mnuchin will be on squawk on the street at 915 this

alarmingly high rate.

They found counties that are majority black have three times the rate of infection and almost
