spoke last night at the NRCC's annual spring dinner. Eli Stokels of the LA Times, last night's

intrepid pooler, sat through the one hour hour and 28 minute address. Here are some of the

highlights. Trump said House Republicans were just taking a little break from controlling the

house and joked that he took some of the blame for November's results. They blamed me. I said,

what the hell do I have to do with it? But he predicted we're going to take the House back.

Trump also said the socialists are really taking care of Joe Biden and that he was going to say,

welcome to the world, Joe. You having a good time, Joe?

Trump also talked about Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez saying the Great New Deal done by a young bartender 29 years old. On health care, Trump said the Democrats

have the issue now and that Republicans need to embrace pre-existing conditions. He also predicted

Republicans would take up health care as their first legislation after the 2020 election.

Remember, it was supposed to be their first legislation after the 2016 election. Meanwhile,

the Washington Post

takes a step back with the big picture on how Trump has left Washington reeling with domestic

policy recently. The New York Times has a new story up on Joe Biden with two more women coming

forward talking about how the former vice president made them uncomfortable. The Times' headline,

Biden's tactile politics threatened his return in the Me Too

era. While Mark Caputo, Natasha Karecki, and Alex Thompson report that the new accusations are

putting a strain on Biden's defense, which has been to say it was all innocent affection.

Again, we asked the question, where is Joe Biden? Not in the race, not giving interviews,
