Daily Brief. Your first piece of intel this morning, the Southern border is back in the news,

this morning in a big way. Two parts of this brief, let's talk about the Supreme Court first.

The court will hear a case today called Biden versus Texas and depending on how it's decided,

it could affect border security for a generation. The case is about President Trump's

remain in Mexico policy. So to refresh our memories, that policy dealt with asylum seekers.

Now, U.S. law says that anyone can request asylum at embassies or at our border and their cases
