The Senate is poised to pass an Asian-American hate crimes bill.

All right, Jake, let's get into the mix this morning. The number one story, some news in Punchball News AM regarding Speaker Nancy Pelosi's efforts

to set up this January 6th commission that had kind of stalled, but it seems like they're

starting to get a little bit more momentum here.

Yeah, Pelosi is relenting on a couple fronts.

Earlier this week, she relented on the mix of the January 6th

Commission saying it could be evenly split between Republicans and Democrats. And we have a

scoop this morning that she is now saying that she will allow subpoenas to be issued

either jointly by the committee chair and ranking member

or by a majority vote of the commission. It's a pretty big concession. So Anna, let's get inside
