And then my third thing is a mystery guest thing. I'm seeding my third thing to a mystery guest.

I know what it is, but I'm excited about it. What have you brought for us?

I have succession this week's episode. Succession as a whole. I'm so glad you brought that.

My problems comprehending the show and my love of it. I also have alcohol as a subject.

Okay. I have this theory that I think the culture around drinking is changing.

Okay. And I want to talk to you about it. And my third thing is I want to know what's on your mood board for spring and summer.

Oh, okay. Great.

Your imaginary mental mood board. Yeah. Yeah. I love this.

Let's get to some highs and lows first. I want to hear all about your high.

My high is that I was in Charleston last week and visiting Grace. It was a little bit of a last minute trip.

I really wanted to go and see her new house, which by the way is gorgeous.

I mean, it's decorated so well, but I also told her I've never seen a house that was so she-cly outfitted by the builders or previous owners.

Like all of the fixtures and like the tie it like it's all is so perfect. Like it could not have been more perfect.

Oh, that's awesome. Yeah. Every time I see a photo of it, it's just like so her and so beautiful.

Oh, that sounds great. It's amazing. And she kept saying like, oh, I'm like not cool. I'm not done with it yet. And I was like, this looks incredible.

Oh, gosh. And you got to stay there. What are you?
