0:59.9	I have eight themes that I have been given for this month, so I'll go through them each in turn.
1:05.8	The first big theme is influx of light.
1:10.4	And this influx of light energy that will be moving through
1:14.4	April, particularly after the first week of April, is going to be illuminating joy and shadow in
1:22.5	equal measure. So I think it's perfectly normal for you to feel like we're in an energetic washing machine
1:29.7	right now. I think all of us feel that in some way. There's definitely high highs, challenging
1:35.8	lows, a speed of everything that's moving through, and a lot of exhaustion. You know, many people
1:41.7	are feeling emotionally or psychologically tired, but also a lot of physical
1:47.6	exhaustion is accompanying this, and there are a couple of ways of looking at it. Sometimes it's
1:52.8	because our bodies need to shut down and calibrate to what's going on and just take a rest.
1:58.0	Other times it's that the energy is so strong that we are conserving. It wouldn't be
2:03.7	good for us to be out in the world while these waves move through. So when we look at this first
2:09.6	theme of the influx of light, of course that tends to have a positive connotation to us. And it is
2:16.5	true that the light is coming in to be supportive.
2:20.9	But it can do both things depending on who you are and where you're at in your journey.
