The Senate parliamentarian is expected to rule.

That's a big day for Senate Democrats.

Huge day.

Elizabeth McDonough, the Senate parliamentarian has already ruled against Democrats once, which doesn't

mean anything. She's a neutral observer of the process. So, you know, she, Chuck Schumer

has asked her if she would, if Democrats can use the fiscal 2021 budget to pass another reconciliation package.

And that would allow Schumer to pass another big bill, this tax and spending bill, with a simple majority.
