I've been very fortunate to fly to many destinations around the world, but so we've been my absolute favourite, not just in the Caribbean, but across the world.

good fortune, she is currently on the island of Barbados, having flown out there from Manchester

Sandra, how are you coping with life in the Caribbean?

It's wonderful. I'm very fortunate to be able to come to the island on a regular basis here,

which is facilitated, obviously, by the job I do.

Flying here three times a week means that we get either two or three clear days to enjoy the

wonderful culture and experience in Barbados.

So I'm very fortunate indeed.

Being cabin crew for a major airline on intercontinental routes must mean that you get to

see a lot of the world.

Why is Barbados particularly special? I've been coming to the

island with, not just with Ealingas, but all my flying career, so over two decades now. It's always

had a particular charm, I think for me and for many other people. I've been very fortunate to fly

to many destinations around the world, but it's always been my absolute favourite, not just in the Caribbean, but across the world.

It's just so friendly and accessible and appeals to, I think, from everybody, from, you know, young people,

families to elderly retired people as well.

There's a lot of cruise passengers.
